1. Site preparation
Foundation requirements:

Ensure that the ground is flat and compacted, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 1.5 times the full load weight of the swimming pool (for example, a 20 foot container swimming pool with a full load of about 30 tons requires a load-bearing capacity of 45 tons).

The recommended thickness for concrete foundation is ≥ 15cm, and reinforced with steel mesh to enhance crack resistance;
If the soil is soft, pile driving or raft foundation is required.

Reserve drainage slope (1% -2%) and surrounding drainage ditches to prevent water accumulation.

Space reservation:

Leave at least 1m of passage around for equipment maintenance;
Reserve more than 2 meters of space at the top (such as installing sunshades or filtering systems).

2. Structural safety
Container reinforcement:

Horizontal steel beams (such as 10 # channel steel) need to be added to the side walls to resist water pressure, and the welds must comply with AWS D1.1 standard.

The corners should be reinforced with steel plates of 4mm or more, and H-shaped steel frames should be welded at the cutting points of the door frame.

Rust prevention treatment:

Sandblasting to Sa2.5 level, apply epoxy zinc rich primer (80 μ m) and polyurethane topcoat (100 μ m).

It is recommended to use 316L stainless steel lining or food grade fiberglass coating inside the swimming pool.

3. Hydroelectric system
Water supply and drainage:

It is recommended to use PPR or CPVC material (DN50 or above) for the inlet pipe, equipped with check valves and filters.

The diameter of the drainage pipe should be ≥ 100mm, with a slope of 3%. A sedimentation tank should be installed before connecting to the municipal pipeline network.

Circular filtration:

The flow rate of the water pump should meet the requirement of 2-4 hours of full pool circulation (such as choosing a 15m ³/h pump for a 30m ³ swimming pool).

The capacity of the sand filter tank is calculated based on 5% -7% of the pool volume, and the power of the ultraviolet disinfection device is configured at 30mJ/cm ².

Electrical safety:

The water pump and lighting are powered by 24V low voltage or equipped with 30mA leakage protectors.

All cables are threaded with waterproof metal hoses, and the junction box has a protection level of IP68.
